What documentation will I need to bring with me?
A valid passport is required for all guests sailing on Chris Botti at Sea III (‘26). Please note: a government-issued birthday certificate and photo ID are NOT permitted forms of Travel Documentation for this cruise.
How do I board the ship?
When you arrive at the Celebrity Summit Terminal, you will check your luggage with the ship porters. Please make sure that you have attached your Celebrity luggage tags (available to print, during online check-in). The porters will have additional luggage tags available for your use. Once you give the porter your luggage you will not have access to it until it has gone through TSA-style security and been delivered to your stateroom.
Please do not place your boarding documents (including your passport and Celebrity Cruises Xpress pass) in your checked luggage as you will need them to continue through the boarding process. Once onboard the ship, your SeaPass card can be found on your stateroom door/mail slot. The SeaPass card will serve as your stateroom key to use for all your onboard expenses, and the card you use to get on and off the ship at our ports of call.
Please note: to control the flow of guests in the terminal, Celebrity requires guests to select a Terminal Arrival Time during the Online Check-In process. You must arrive at the Terminal during your selected boarding window. If you arrive outside of the window, you will be required to wait outside of the Terminal until space in the Terminal permits.
What can I bring with me on board the ship? What can I NOT bring?
It is essential that you carry your travel documents with you throughout the check-in process. These documents include your passport and Celebrity Cruises Xpress Pass. Please carry important medications with you as well.
Guests are welcome to carry bottled water, snacks, etc. onboard the ship. Guests 21+ are allowed to carry up to (1) 750mL bottle of wine per person.
Celebrity Cruises prohibits items with heating elements or open flames, marijuana (even for medicinal purposes), drugs or other illegal substances, weapons, explosives, and other dangerous items. However, curling irons/hair straighteners are permitted on the ship, and each stateroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
Is there laundry service onboard the ship?
Yes! Celebrity offers full laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services onboard at a reasonable price. Rates will be available in your stateroom.
How do I Check In with Celebrity Cruises?
A few months prior to sailing, Celebrity Cruises will provide Signature Cruise Experiences with each guest's Celebrity Cruises' Reservation Number. We will pass along this number to you as soon as we receive it from Celebrity. Please note that this number is different from your Signature Cruise Experiences' Reservation Number.
The Celebrity Cruises' Reservation Number will allow you to Check In for your cruise via Celebrity's website. This will give you access to your stateroom information, boarding/Xpress pass, luggage tags, and allow you to purchase Drink Packages, Wi-Fi Packages, Excursions, and onboard experiences such as Spa appointments. Using your Celebrity Cruises' Reservation Number, you will Check-In for your cruise via Celebrity's website or mobile app. This will give you access to your stateroom information, boarding/Xpress pass, and luggage tags.
