RESERVATION PROCESS
As Chris Botti has announced, Botti at Sea ’26 is moving to the Fall and will sail on the West Coast from Los Angeles to Vancouver with stops in San Francisco and Victoria, BC. Everyone associated with Botti at Sea ’26 is very excited about the opportunity to present a cruise at that time of the year and to be visiting that part of the country and those cities.
The anomaly of this modification is that there are 585 days between the end of Botti at Sea ’25 and the start of Botti at Sea ’26. For those reasons, the timing of the announcement of the full lineup and the timing and methodology for rebooking and reserving staterooms will be slightly different from the earlier sailings.

The process for selecting a stateroom and completing a reservation for Botti at Sea ’26 varies based upon your current guest status.
- Guests with Reservations on Botti at Sea ’25: From January 21, 2025, through February 7, 2025, those guests who will be sailing on Botti at Sea ’26 have the Exclusive Opportunity to rebook their ’25 Cruise Stateroom for Botti at Sea ‘26. On January 21, 2025, each guest on the ’25 Cruise received an email including a unique Online Reservation Token and Cruise Price based on their Signature Cruise Experiences’ Sailing History. If you are a ’25 Guest wishing to rebook your current stateroom, click on RESERVATION PROCEDURE and follow the prompts. Guests booked on Botti at Sea ’25 will not owe a deposit until May 10, 2025. Further, you may cancel your reservation at any time before April 15, 2025 without penalty or cost.
- Guests Not Sailing on Botti at Sea ’25: Guests who are not sailing on Botti at Sea ’25 have two options to select a stateroom and complete a reservation for Botti at Sea ’26.
- Option 1: Complete a Pre-Sail Reservation.
- By completing a Pre-Sail Reservation, a guest establishes priority in the reservation process ahead of the Open Booking period. Priority within the Pre-Sail Reservation process will be based upon a guest’s Signature Cruise Experiences’ Sailing History and the date of their Pre-Sail Reservation. All guests with Pre-Sail Reservations will be contacted in mid-February 2025 and provided with information that will enable them to complete the selection and reservation process on their given Selection Date. Though a deposit is required for a Pre-Sail Reservation, it is fully refundable if, for any reason, the guest does not complete a reservation. From February 17 to February 27, 2025, those with Pre-Sail Reservations will be able to select any remaining stateroom and complete a reservation. Guests who wish to begin the Reservation Process by completing a Pre-Sail Reservation should click on RESERVATION PROCEDURE and follow the Pre-Sail prompts.
- Option 2: Wait Until Open Booking Starts (February 28, 2025)
- Guests may wait until Open Booking to select a stateroom and complete a reservation.
- Once Open Booking commences, any guest may select any available stateroom from the remaining inventory.
- Option 1: Complete a Pre-Sail Reservation.
CRUISE PRICES
Below are the per-person New Guest Cruise Prices for Staterooms available on Botti at Sea ’26. If you have sailed on a Signature Cruise Experiences’ program before, you may qualify for a Past Guest Price. Signature Cruise Experiences, either through a Re-Booking or Pre-Sail Reservation email, will share your eligibility and applicable pricing. Cruise Prices do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases of goods and services (including, but not limited to various beverages, spa services, gifts, specialty dining or any such goods and services for which the Cruise Line customarily charges a separate fee), medical expenses, shore excursions, and “Pass-Through Charges.”
Deposit amounts vary based upon the Stateroom Type:
- $400/pp – Inside & Ocean View Staterooms
- $500/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $600/pp – Suites
All Guests are required to pay port charges, government taxes and fees, onboard service gratuities for shipboard staff and other charges due and payable to third parties. These Pass-Through Charges vary by Stateroom Type for Botti at Sea and are in addition to the Cruise Prices.

- $425/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $450/pp – Suites
Botti at Sea offers Payment Plan options. The Payment Plan election is made at the time of the Reservation.
Quarterly Payment Plan: After payment of Deposit (see, Deposits), the balance of the Cruise Price plus the Pass-Through Charges (see, Pass Through Charges) are paid in four (4) equal payments on 7/10/25, 11/10/25, 3/10/26 and 6/10/26.
Monthly Payment Plan: After payment of Deposit (see, Deposits), the balance of the Cruise Price plus the Pass-Through Charges (see, Pass Through Charges) are paid in twelve (12) equal monthly payments on the tenth of every month starting on 7/10/25 and ending 6/10/26.
Guests may contact the office to propose alternative schedules for payment. Reasonable plans will be seriously considered.
Late Payments, including credit cards on file being denied when presented for payment, are subject to a penalty of 6% of the invoice amount if payment is not received within seven (7) days of issuance of notice of late payment due. Failure to cure a Late Payment within twenty (20) days of issuance of notice of Late Payment due or the occurrence of two (2) Late Payments may subject the reservation to cancellation of the reservation without refund or other compensation.
All Cruise Price and Pass-Through Charge payments made to date are non-refundable unless either Celebrity Cruises or Botti at Sea cancels or reschedules the cruise. Complimentary name changes and Guest additions will be accepted until 120 days prior to the cruise. Name changes made to a Reservation less than 120 days prior to sailing will be assessed a $150 administrative fee.
The 3rd and 4th passengers Cruise Price vary based upon the Stateroom Type:
- $2,100/pp – Ocean View Staterooms
- $2,200/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $2,500/pp – Suites
*Inside Staterooms are a maximum of double occupancy
Signature Cruise Experiences extends an onboard credit of $125 to any guest who is either Active Military or a Veteran. DD2-14 confirmation of military status is required for Military Benefits.
The purchase of Travel Insurance/Trip Protection is strongly encouraged. If it were our choice, every guest would purchase trip insurance. Your investment for the cruise should be protected, so we urge you to purchase trip insurance. Please remember, restrictions do apply, so to secure the broadest coverage be careful to apply for the insurance in a timely manner.

- One-way cruise from Los Angeles, CA to Vancouver, BC
- All performances, interviews, parties and events presented on the cruise (This does not include any special Artist-Hosted Events which require sign-up and/or a fee or Private Parties)
- All meals (“Included Dining” features breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in the Ocean View Café and dinners in The Cosmopolitan Dining Room as well as late-night mini-buffets throughout the ship)
- As part of the Included Dining experience, non-bottled beverages (i.e. coffee, juices, tea) are provided without charge
